Anyone that embarks on
the journey to destination “Marriage,” has to take some steps in finding a
partner or being found as the case may be:
A vital requirement
for finding of course is seeking which involves a diligent search. God has made
several spiritual tools available for this purpose from His word. These are
applied in the following steps:
- Sincerely desire a Life Partner – Prov. 10: 24
- Discover the Provisions of Scriptures concerning marriage – 2 Peter 1: 2-3, Romans 8: 32.
- Prayer – Mark 11: 24, Psalm 37: 5, Matthew 7: 7
- Be anxious for nothing – Phil 4: 6
- Make yourself Right for the Right Person you desire – Matthew 7: 12
- Use your eyes – both spiritual and physical –Mark 13: 33
- Give Thanks – Psalm 34: 1-3
